1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr78", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr78 gaming platform operated at pkr78.vip and all affiliated services.
• "Platform" means the pkr78 website, any mobile-optimised interface, application, or service operated under the pkr78 brand.
• "User", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses or uses the pkr78 Platform.

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in your pkr78 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr78 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by pkr78, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr78 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with pkr78, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr78 is an adult gaming platform and strictly enforces this age restriction. Evidence of age will be requested as part of the KYC process.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another pkr78 Account that was suspended, closed for breach of these Terms, or otherwise restricted by pkr78.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkr78, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You further agree to update such information promptly if it changes. pkr78 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account where false, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.

4 Account Management

Upon successful registration, pkr78 will create an Account for you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted under your Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified pkr78 of a security breach in accordance with the procedure described below.

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkr78 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. pkr78 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to receiving such notification.

pkr78 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a security breach, identity fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkr78 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure, including any outstanding withdrawal requests or pending bonus conditions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at pkr78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr78 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, SadaPay, and Retail Cash channels as listed in the cashier section of your Account.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pkr78 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pkr78 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. pkr78 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of this process.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your pkr78 Account, unless pkr78 expressly permits an alternative at its sole discretion.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Only the real-money portion of your Balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these conditions.
• pkr78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds, in compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• pkr78 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes described in our cashier FAQ. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr78 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkr78 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pkr78 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a player holds both a real-money Balance and Bonus Funds simultaneously, real-money Balance is wagered first by default unless the platform indicates otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration except as contemplated by the specific promotion terms.
• pkr78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any Bonus Funds credited in connection with that promotion will be removed from the player's Account.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using pkr78 promotions, exploiting errors in bonus crediting, or coordinating with other players to extract promotional value — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkr78 will void any bets placed with abusively obtained bonus funds and may close the Account.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the pkr78 Platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, andar bahar, teen patti, and instant win games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. These game rules form part of these Terms.

pkr78 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all non-live casino games. All RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by pkr78, game providers, or players.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game round, pkr78 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to players' Accounts. pkr78 shall not be liable for any additional claimed losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original wager amount.

Players must not use any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with pkr78 casino games. Any advantage gained through such means will be reversed and the Account closed.

8 Sportsbook Rules

The pkr78 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, UFC, and other sports as listed on the Platform. Sportsbook betting is subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. pkr78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• pkr78 may void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where an obviously incorrect price was published. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event. Generally, if a match does not commence within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bet settlements are subject to official result confirmation from the relevant sporting body. pkr78 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• pkr78 employs integrity monitoring across all sportsbook markets. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a bet has been placed in connection with match-fixing, inside information, or any other form of sports corruption, pkr78 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation and to report the matter to the relevant sporting authority.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr78 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your pkr78 Account without that person's explicit consent and written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with games outside of normal human interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, bonus abuse, or promotional exploitation as described in Section 6.
• Accessing the pkr78 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Attempting to launder money through pkr78 gaming or betting activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr78 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr78 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr78 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the pkr78 Platform without our prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pkr78 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published on this Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. pkr78's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your pkr78 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr78 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance without liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr78's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

pkr78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to retain funds held in that Account, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• pkr78 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated in connection with a deposit to the Account;
• pkr78 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• The player is found to be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr78 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at pkr78's sole discretion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkr78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr78 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by way of a notification on the Platform or via email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the pkr78 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr78 holds its international gaming license. The application of any conflicting national law of your country of residence is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkr78 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pkr78 customer support at [email protected]. pkr78 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
